  1. Online registration and subscribing: We collect personal data when you register, subscribe and/ or use to Riyadh Parking using our website/app.
  2. Customer support: We collect personal data through our interactions with you, such as when you contact customer support (over call and/ or email)
  3. Visit our website/app: By entering data on the page titled “Contact Us”, we collect your name, email address and details of the inquiry to enable us to respond to a general/service inquiry made by you. If you wish to be contacted by telephone, we may also collect your work phone number.
Storage and Destruction of Your Personal Data
    Your personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfil its intended purposes and meet legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting obligations. Riyadh Parking ensure data deletion.
    Rights of the Personal Data owner
    1. The right to be informed, which includes informing you of the legal justification for collecting your personal data and the purpose of its collection.
    2. Right to access personal data: The Data Subject has the right to request a copy of his/her personal data, via the e-mail indicated in Clause 9, and it will be provided to them -free of charge- within [seven working days] by e-mail.
    3. Right to rectify personal data: The Data Subject has the right to request the correction of his/her personal data that he/she deems inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete, via the e-mail indicated in Clause 9, and it will be reviewed and updated within [seven working days], and the Data Subject will be notified by e-mail.
    4. Right to destroy personal data: The Data Subject has the right to request the destruction of his/her personal data in certain circumstances, unless there is a legal text specifying a specific period of retention or contractual requirements.
    5. Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data: The Data Subject can withdraw his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data -at any time- unless there are legitimate purposes that require the contrary.
    Sharing/Exchanging Personal Data with third Parties
      Riyadh Parking does not rent, sell, exchange, or transfer your personal data to third parties outside of Remat-Advanced or partner companies without your permission unless it is collected without identifiers on an aggregated basis for analytical purposes, studies, reports with adherence to personal data protection acts and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
      We may use carefully selected third parties to perform services on our behalf or to assist us with the provision of services to you. For example, providing services, brand promotions, marketing, advertising, communications, to personalize and optimize our service, to analyze and enhance data (including data about users’ interactions with our services). While providing such services, these third parties may have access to your personal data.
      Where required or permitted by law, personal data may be provided to others, such as regulators and law enforcement agencies.
      We may share with government or regulatory authorities upon request to comply with any court order, law, or legal process.
      In addition, Riyadh Parking may work with other entities to ensure quality of service is provided. If your personal data is disclosed to these entities, it shall be restricted to the purposes specified in this Policy for which you have provided consent.
      The personal data that we collect from you shall be solely processed within the Kingdom. In the event your personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we will take all steps that are reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy and applicable data privacy laws, including, where relevant, entering data privacy clauses with the party outside the Kingdom receiving the personal data.

              Riyadh Parking’s website/app management reserves the right to add or change any of the provisions of the Privacy Policy, and the website/app's management will notify the Data Subject of that, and the website/app's management has the right to terminate the account of the Data Subject if the Data Subject does not accept any change in the Policy.
